Shipping information

These are estimated delivery times and may differ slightly depending on different conditions. We currently ship ready orders 2 times a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

If you order via a non-tracked postal letter, we WILL NOT issue refunds if your order gets lost in the postal logistic system and doesn't get delivered. For fast and tracked delivery we recommend selecting DHL for shipping.

After your shipment is shipped, for normal postal letter it usually takes 2-5 business days within Europe and outside Europe 7-21 business days. DHL is usually able to deliver the shipment in 1-5 business days to anywhere internationally, assuming the shipment doesn't get stuck in the customs.

If an item is available as a backorder but in stock the delivery time depends on when we get it back in stock and it can differ between 1-45 working days before it is shipped.

We do not accept any returns or cancel of the order due to your regret. Order only if you are sure of your purchase!
